Sophie's Wedding Table

This wedding mosaic workshop was set up in a Gazebo at the wedding. The butterfly was drawn out following the theme of the Wedding Celebrations. I resourced the tesserae in vibrant colours using china and vitreous tiles, buttons, glass and other recycled materials.

Guests helped cut up and glue the mosaic together. I then grouted and polished the table in my studio before delivering to client. The table represents a special memory of the day created by the people celebrating especially for the Bride and Groom.
